If all items are in stock, we make every effort to ship orders within 2-3 business days.

Return Period
All items must be returned to us within 30 days from date of purchase.

How to Return Product
1. All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number which can be obtained by calling us at (800)291-5223 or emailing us at support@lusterlace.com. Please give us your name, address, phone number, Luster Lace invoice number & reason for return. No return will be accepted without Return Merchandise Authorization Number.
2. All returned items are subject to 15% restocking fee.
3. Any returned item must be in its original packaging. Your product purchase price (less restocking fee) will be refunded when your return is received and inspected.
